Class times and details are listed at the bottom. NEXT SESSION BEGINS June 5th Preschool Tumbling This class is for children ages 3 or 4 who want to learn how to tumble. We will work on basic skills in an obstacle course, on the floor and the trampoline. Get your child started in the right direction to learn to tumble. Fantastic 5's & 6's Tumbling This class is for children who want to learn to tumble or improve their skills. We will work on forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels & backbends. Developing their strength, coordination and flexibility getting them ready to move into the next level of tumbling. Tumbling - Level 1 Develop basic tumbling skills in this Level 1 class. A great class for beginners, who will also work on proper stretching & flexibility exercises to help them improve their skills & move to Level 2. Tumbling - Level 2 Increase your tumbling skills in Level 2. Now that you’ve practiced and learned basic tumbling, we can add back handsprings, standing “flips” and aerial finales. Your child will work on mastering these new skills! Tumbling - Level 3 Finally! In Level 3, your child will polish up their tumbling skills, and will learn multiple back handsprings, & the back tuck. The children will learn how they can improve their strength and flexibility needed to master these tumble combinations. Tumbling - Level 4 Learn standing back tucks and layouts. Layouts and Fulls This class is ideal for tumblers who want to work on a laytouts and fulls. Must have round off backhandspring tuck without a spot for this class. Cheer Class This 8 week fall class is just like our full season squad; you will learn a routine and receive a t-shirt! Try this class, see if you like it. Wed 5:15-6:00 Adult Tumble Moms & Dads and young adults come tumble with us! Were you a gymnast as a child or have you always wanted to try a back walk over or front flip into the pit? Join us for some fun and learn (or re-learn) some tumbling moves! Lots of laughs while trying a new thing or two! Boy's Flip Flips, twisting & jumping skills! A great way to channel their energy & develop body strength, control & flexibility! While we emphasize safety & correct form, boys will learn skills on the trampoline & tumble trak. Tues 5:00-6:00
